Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz dark rum

• 1/2 oz light rum

• 1 oz orange juice

• 1 oz pineapple juice

• 1/2 oz lime juice

• 1/2 oz orange liqueur (such as triple sec)

• 1/4 oz almond syrup or orgeat syrup

• Pineapple wedge and cherry (for garnish)

• Ice cubes

Bar Tools required

• Cocktail shaker

• Collins glass

Directions

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.

2. Add dark rum, light rum, orange juice, pineapple juice, lime juice, orange liqueur, and almond syrup to the shaker.

3. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.

4. Fill a Collins glass with fresh ice cubes.
